Technology In Interiors

Happy Technology Day! Yes thats right Technology Day. Technology is not something that is usually associated with interiors, apart from hiding TV's and lighting but I thought I would post about a few different ways technology is moving into the interior world.  Technology is becoming more integrated into our everyday lives and although it shouldn't take over our lives we need to get on board with it. So lets get the inspiration going!

Electronic Sky Lights

These I think are genius! Especially for those that live in flats and who don't have lots of natural light or views of nature. The electronic panels show images of the sky whilst projecting light, creating a beautiful glow and an even better view! Love these!

Futuristic Features

The word technology always paints pictures of flying cars and metallic clothing, the word seems very futuristic. This tap is a sculptural piece that screams futuristic to me. It elegant and beautiful and would be perfect for a modern bathroom.

LED Carpets

Now this is not necessarily something I am mad about, in the right setting however, I can see how these LED carpets would look great! I can't see many of us choosing to have them in our homes any time soon but in commercial environments they look great.

Wall Lights

When people talk about wall lights they are usually referring to the light fittings that stick out of the wall, usually with two arms and therefore two lights. In this instance however, these wall lights are embedded into the walls creating this beautiful line of light, elongating your walls making your spaces seem taller. Great idea!
