Spring has Sprung

The most original thing to talk about in spring is floral prints and that’s exactly what I’m going to do. Floral prints in Interiors can be a bit dated but I am going to show a few ways to give your rooms a spring with florals.

Bright Prints

The best way to update a space is to introduce bold, bright colours. It creates a vivid feature that’s fresh for this time of year.

Mix Prints

This is a current trend that’s perfect for making florals look a little more ‘lived in’ and a little less ‘staged’.

Tonal

Introducing flowers of similar tone to the rest of the space creates a clean, crisp look that gives a high end feel to your space.

Wall features

This is a unique way to bring florals into your home. Link flowers together and create a wall feature. This would look fab in a hall way or behind a plain sofa – would love to see what you come up with!

Mix and Match

Rather then putting a bunch of identical flowers in one vase, put a selection of wild flowers in mixed jars, vases and bottles to create this gorgeous eclectic look.

Mural

This idea is brilliant! These flowers are beautiful and give this bedroom such a romantic feel. Think about going bigger with your art work and cover your walls to create this dramatic effect.
