September Favourites

Happy October everybody!!! I'm very excited for the weather to be changing again! I love Autumn. It's probably my favourite time of year, it's getting colder and crisper but you still get sunshine. The leaves are all changing colour and the jumpers in my wardrobe are making an appearance. I love it. The feel of interiors changes at this time of year too, blankets come out of hiding and textures like fur and wool start to grace our interior accessories again. A few different things have made it into my favourites this month, I hope you like them as much as I do!

Plum Interiors

This colour is just beautiful this time of year. It's deep and lush and will work beautifully with any of the summer pinks if you have embraced this years colour trend. It has lovely rich tones to it as well which will add warmth to your space as it starts to get colder. Plum is a great all round colour and it has been firmly in my favourites this month!

Forest + Found

This is a bit of a different favourite then normal. This favourite is the duo of Max Bainbridge and Abigail Booth who make up the sustainable craft and design partnership that is Forest + Found. They use traditional methods to create contemporary wooden objects and hand stitched textiles and their pieces are fab! They are the winners of this years ELLE Decoration British Design Awards in the Craft Category and you can see why. I can't wait to add some of their pieces to my nesting box!

Pulpo Lighting

These Oda lights industrial/contemporary feel lighting is special. It is elegant but rugged at the same time as well as being both classic and contemporary. A fab bit of design work that's bound to make a statement in your space.

Love Seats

I have always adored Love Seats. They're so slouchy and comfy and are great to just curl up in. I think making them a statement piece in your space is a great way to go and love when they are made up in bright prints and colours like this one below! I've always wanted to try upholstery and would love to upholster my own love seat one day.
